The
processing plants
HACCP system was developed by HACCP Team. All
team members, from multidisciplinary fields, are competent with
their technical knowledge, job experience and HACCP Training. Hazard analysis is developed from raw material, processing to
final products, including of biological, chemical and physical
hazards. Sufficient personnel hygiene policy is kept in place
and strictly implemented. Employee have received physical examination
and received GMP, SSOP Training, with well-defined job tasks
requirement.
All persons entering the processing workshops MUST put on sanitarized
clothing, pass through an air-blowers tunnel and go through
several sanitation procedures before entering into the workshops.
AP Group established and implemented Quality Management System;
the QMS was based on international food standard. Food safety,
quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement were
the aim of the QMS. Specification control was documented for
their raw materials, semi-products and finished products. Control
is done over routing processing. Control measures are in place
for the process control, and processing control indicators are
well defined and monitored. The compliance to product specification
was achieved by quality checks at regular time intervals.
Products are regularly analyzed for visual / microbial by qualified
personnel regularly, and the methods strictly refer to international
standards. Raw aterials tests, in-processing tests and final
products tests are completed in internal lab in which appropriate
equipments are setup to take physical & hemical and microbiological
tests required. APF lab testing results are periodically contrasted
to local government lab, or cooperating plant lab's to double
ensure accuracy. Foreign body contamination is prevented by
selection and metal detector.
Brand new INTERNET monitoring system is capable of transforming
the whole production process from image to digitalized data.
It not only allows the management to monitor and manage the
production process in a more efficient manner, but also allows
our customers to get all required production date and to keep
abreast to the actual production situation over the Internet.
Laboratory
APF laboratory is
equipped with the latest models of instruments with the capability
of detecting the 7 usual kinds of bacteria as well as carrying
out all necessary physical experiments and examinations.
Aquaculture
centre
The aquaculture
center is managed by a dynamic team of experts, technicians and
workers, who graduate from different well known aquatic universities
and technical secondary schools. Under the professional management,
the company has built up the disease prevention and strict control
system, established the procedures and industrial standard to
ensure that the shrimps are safe, healthy and produced in sound
environment. Quality is constantly monitored and tested by the
laboratory to adhere the strictest international hygiene standard.
Training and educating APF vertical intergrated aquacultural shrimp
farms and keep driving improvements in the shrimp farming industry.
