Frozen, headless shell on and pin deveined shrimp in freshest and premium quality. The de-headed shrimps are graded entirely by hand. Tail on. Shrimp is perfectly steam cooked and coated in a protective water glaze. 51 to 60 shrimps per pound. Block.
Cooking
Instruction:
Do not use Microwave to thaw.
Thaw under refrigeration:
Place the frozen shrimp in a plate, wrapped and thaw in refrigerator overnight or for 8 hours. Remove overwrap and drain liquid. Pat dry and serve.
For fast thaw:
Place the frozen shrimp in a clean bowl under cold running water until the shrimp fully thawed. Within 10 minutes. Remove shrimp from water and drain in colander immediately to remove excess water. Pat dry and serve or place drained shrimp in a plate, wrapped and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
