Description:
Frozen raw, easy peeled shell on shrimp in freshest and premium quality, with slit back shell and deveined. The de-headed shrimps are graded entirely by hand. No tail. 41 to 50 shrimps per pound. Individually Quick Frozen.
Cooking
Instruction:
Boiled:
Cook in shell in boiling salted water with 1 thick slice of lemon until shrimp turns pink. Shrimp cook in about 3 minutes. Do not cook over six minutes. The shell is very easy to peel off.
Broiled:
Mix 1 cup Salad Oil, 1 tsp. Tarragon Vinegar, 1 clove of Garlic, Salt and Black Pepper and a handful of chopped Parsley in a bowl. Marinate shrimp in the oil dressing for hour, turning frequently. Arrange shrimp on broiler pan and grill in the broiler 5-10 minutes or until cooked, turning to cook on both sides. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
Saute:
Heat butter in skillet and add finely chopped Italian parsley. Saute shrimp in butter for about 2 minutes or until cooked. Turning and stirring after one minute. Add lemon juice and serve.
