Description:
Frozen raw, peeled and Pin deveined shrimp in freshest and premium quality. The de-headed shrimps are graded entirely by hand. No tail. 51 to 60 shrimps per pound. Block.
Cooking
Instruction:
Boiled:
Cook in boiling salted water with 1 thick slice of lemon until shrimp turns pink. Shrimp cook in about 2 minutes or until cooked. Do not cook over six minutes.
Broiled:
Mix 1 cup Salad Oil, 1 tsp. Tarragon Vinegar, 1 clove of Garlic, Salt and Black Pepper and a handful of chopped Parsley in a bowl. Marinate shrimp in the oil dressing for a hour, turning frequently. Arrange shrimp on
broiler pan and grill in the broiler 4-8 minutes or until cooked, turning to cook on both sides. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
Saute:
Heat butter in skillet and add finely chopped Italian parsley. Saute shrimp in butter for about 1-1/2 minutes or until cooked. Turning and stirring after one minute. Add lemon juice and serve.
